Show Units on Display
Three show units are built at the showflat, and between them they cover the middle and upper part of the range. Seeing them in person is the only way to judge the Inalco MDi engineered stone, the flush induction hob set into it, and the actual room proportions against a floor plan.

Union Square is the first large-scale mixed-use redevelopment project in the Singapore River Planning Area approved under URA’s Strategic Development Incentive Scheme, and that is worth understanding before you compare unit types, because it is the reason the site carries what it does.
2. Floor Plan and Stack Advice
Every typical floor carries eleven unit positions and the development runs to nine unit types, so the useful question at the showflat is which stack and floor range fits your priorities rather than which type you like on paper.
