360° View Of The Union Square Residences Showflat Units
Eight 360° tours are on this page: the showflat gallery, the three built show units, and four aerial views taken from the tower at Levels 8, 18, 28 and 38. The show units are the 2-Bedroom + Study, the 3-Bedroom Premium and the 4-Bedroom Premium, which are the same three built at the showflat on Merchant Loop.
A 360 tour rewards knowing what to look at. In the kitchens, look for the Corten induction hob set flush into the Inalco MDi engineered stone counter with no visible frame, and for whether a gas hob sits alongside it in a separate wet kitchen, which is the clearest visible difference between the 2-Bedroom + Study and the two Premium units. In the bathrooms, look at the fitting finish: polished chrome up to the 3-Bedroom Premium, and polished black chrome in the 4-Bedroom Premium. In the 4-Bedroom Premium, look for the private lift lobby inside the unit and the Rimadesio walk-in wardrobe off the master bedroom.

2-Bedroom + Study Type B5S 743 sqft
3-Bedroom Premium Type C2P 1,066 sqft
4-Bedroom Premium Type D1P 1,518 sqft
What each tour represents. A show unit is one layout out of many, so it is worth knowing where each of the three sits in the development before reading too much into it.
2-Bedroom + Study, Type B5S. The only layout in its band, 35 units in stack 06 running from Level 3 to Level 37, facing north towards the Singapore River and Fort Canning Park. What separates it from the four 2-Bedroom layouts is the study, an enclosable room tucked off the entry rather than a corner of the living area. Its kitchen provision is the same as those four: induction hob, V-Zug built-in oven, a 60cm built-in fridge freezer and a combi washer dryer, with no gas hob, no dishwasher and no wine chiller.
3-Bedroom Premium, Type C2P. 29 units in stack 04, running from Level 4 to Level 32, facing north. It is one of two 3-Bedroom layouts and it is the larger one. The 990 sqft 3-Bedroom has no tour, and the two are not interchangeable: the Premium adds a store, a yard and a separate water closet that the 990 sqft layout does not have. Both take the same kitchen, a split wet and dry arrangement with a 3-burner gas hob alongside the induction hob, a built-in oven, a 75cm free-standing fridge freezer and a built-in wine chiller.
4-Bedroom Premium, Type D1P. The only 4-Bedroom layout in the development, 35 units in stack 08 from Level 3 to Level 37, facing east. It is also the only stack served by a private lift, which opens into a lobby inside the unit. Specification steps up here in a way that does not simply follow bedroom count: a 5-burner gas hob, a De Dietrich integrated dishwasher, a 90cm free-standing fridge freezer, a separate washer and dryer, and a V-Zug combi steamer oven in place of the conventional built-in oven the smaller types receive.
What is not shown. Six of the nine unit types have no tour on this page: the 1-Bedroom, the 1-Bedroom + Study, the 2-Bedroom, the 990 sqft 3-Bedroom, the Sky Suite and the Penthouse. Between them the three toured layouts account for 99 of the 366 units. These four are simulated views from the tower rather than tours of a unit, and they are the closest thing to standing at a window before the building exists. Level 8 sits just above the podium and Level 38 is a Sky Suite level, so the four together show how much the outlook changes across the height of the tower. The Level 38 view is a night one.

A 360 tour will not tell you how the light falls through the balcony doors at four in the afternoon, how high the ceiling actually feels, or what a specific stack looks out on. All three show units are built at the showflat on Merchant Loop, open daily from 10am to 7pm by appointment, and the visit is free.
